Relationships with Stakeholders
During a Parent Advisory Council meeting, I was able to help my principal mentor present our 18-19 data. I was asked by her, to look at our data with another teacher and create this presentation so that we could highlight our achievements. During our January meeting with our BOE Chairman, Todd Sutton, County Commissioner, Tony Braswell and Superintendent Dr. Williams, we presented the information together. I learned it is important to form relationships with all stakeholders, especially ones with influence. It is also important to share our achievements and share our story with important decision makers. |
